Strawberry Chipotle BBQ Wings


12fl oz. - Berry Brothers Strawberry Chipotle BBQ Sauce

3-4 lbs. Chicken Wings



Fry, bake, or grill Chicken wings until internal temperature is 165º.

Toss wings in a bowl with Strawberry Chipotle BBQ Sauce and coat

Return wings to grill or oven on broil for 2-5 minutes to caramelize BBQ sauce




Strawberry Chipotle Meatloaf


2 Eggs, beaten

½ cup Berry Brothers Strawberry Chipotle BBQ Sauce

¾ cup breadcrumbs

¼ cup finely chopped onion

1 ½ lb. Lean Ground Beef

Salt & Pepper to taste

(¼ cup Berry Brothers Strawberry Chipotle BBQ Sauce for meatloaf topping)


Heat oven to 350ºF. Combine meatloaf ingredients in a bowl and mix well.

Press mixture into 8x4-inch loaf pan. Bake for 30-40 minutes at 350ºF.

Remove meatloaf from oven and add ¼ cup Berry Brothers Strawberry Chipotle BBQ Sauce to the top. 

Return to oven for 10-15 minutes or until meat is 160ºF. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.




Strawberry Chipotle Ribs


4 lbs. Pork Ribs

4 C Berry Brothers Strawberry Chipotle BBQ Sauce


Rib Rub

2 Tbsp Berry Brothers Rib Rub

(Or your favorite Rib Seasoning)



Preheat oven to 300ºF.

Peel off tough membrane that covers the bony side of the ribs.

Apply rib rub to ribs on all sides.

Lay ribs on two layers of foil, shiny side out and meaty side down.

Lay two layers of foil on top of ribs and roll and crimp edges tightly, edges facing up to seal.

Place on baking sheet and bake for 2-2 1/2 hours or until meat is starting to shrink away from the ends of the bone.

Remove from oven.

Heat broiler.

Cut ribs into serving sized portions of 2 or 3 ribs.

Arrange on broiler pan, bony side up.

Brush on sauce.

Broil for 1 or 2 minutes until sauce is cooked on and bubbly.

Turn ribs over.

Repeat on other side.

Alternately, you can grill the ribs to cook on the sauce.









4-5 lb.                    Beef Chuck Roast (Or chicken)

12-24fl oz.             Berry Brothers Strawberry Chipotle BBQ

1 tsp                     Garlic Powder

1 tsp                     Salt & Pepper



Season chuck roast with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

Sear each side of chuck roast on medium high (optional)

Place roast into slow cooker and add Strawberry Chipotle BBQ sauce.

Cook on low for 6-8 hours.

Remove meat from slow cooker and shred.

Return to slow cooker for 1 hour.

Serve hot and add more sauce if desired.
